Mandatory Critical Waivers

Anyone rostered to a team’s staff must complete their own (not their child’s)  Mandatory Hockey Canada/BC Hockey Critical Waivers.

-you will need your Hockey Canada Registry number, if you don’t know it email info@kamloopsminorhockey.com to ask for it

-go to www.kamloopsminorhockey.com under the Volunteers tab

-look for the information in RED “Hockey Canada Waivers”

-click on the Hockey Canada Waivers – this will take you to TeamSnap

-important to remember that these waivers are for you and NOT your player

-the Hockey Canada Division must be SENIOR not the division your player is in

-when it asks for a parent name just put your name in again.
