KMHA Rep Carding Night
KMHA Carding night is Wednesday, September 21st at the McArthur Island Sport and Event Centre, in front of the KMHA office.
Below are the carding times for each peewee, bantam and midget rep team (Atom Development teams do not attend carding night). Players MUST attend the carding night to sign the official team roster as per Hockey Canada Regulation F14.
Please have your team officials and players ready to go 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. They are to line up in alphabetical order. Birth certificates are not required unless the player has not played on a rep team in our association before.
Carding fees are $350.00. Payment options include cash, debit, visa or master card (2% is added to all credit card transactions). Cheques are to be dated no later than September 23rd. Due to the large volume of phone calls being received in the KMHA office during this time of the year we will not be accepting credit card payments over the phone for carding fees.
PLEASE NOTE: To help streamline the process and lessen the congestion in the lobby and KMHA office on carding night, we do not want parents to line up with the players unless they need access to the KMHA office to pay via debit or credit card. If payment is being made by cash or cheque, the player is to have the payment with them when they line up. Receipts will be given for cash only.

KMHA Using ePACT Network
KMHA is proud to announce our adoption of ePACT Network for better safety. ePACT is a secure emergency network, that we will use to collect medical and emergency contact information electronically.
How it works
1) You’ll receive an email invite to share information with KMHA.
2) Click ‘Complete Request’ to create a free account, or log-in if you already have an existing ePACT account.
3) Enter the required information, like medical conditions, and share it with KMHA so that coaches and team managers have access.
4) You can update your information at any time in the year, and we will automatically be notified (e.g. a new cell phone number)
ePACT makes it far easier for you to share emergency information with us, while also ensuring we have access to records anytime, anywhere with the mobile app – even without an internet connection. And if you already have an ePACT account, it should take just two minutes to confirm that your information is up to date!
Rest assured that you always own your account and the information in it. Plus, ePACT maintains the same levels of security as online banking, and limits access only to the administrators we assign for enhanced privacy.
Have questions or feedback? Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-855-773-7228 ext. 1 to speak with ePACT’s Customer Success team.

The First Shift
KMHA IS PLEASED TO BE HOSTING BAUERS "THE FIRST SHIFT" PROGRAM

The First Shift program is designed to ensure a positive experience for new-to hockey families. This means breaking down the barriers that exist for many parents and making them feel at home within our hockey community. We want families to experience the game at its best — to understand why so many Canadians feel an inherent love for the sport — and to stimulate a desire for continued participation. We want to take away any intimidation as it relates to equipment requirements, and/or rules of the game, remove potential safety concerns, and, most importantly, provide an experience that is memorable and fun
