Travel Forms
- Travel forms are no longer required for travel within OMAHA.
- For travel outside of OMAHA but within BC, teams must complete the Interdistrict Travel Form.
- For out of province or USA travel, teams must complete the Out of Province Travel Form.
- Please email completed forms to Rob Fryer at scheduling@kamloopsminorhockey.com
- Once submitted, please allow 3–7 days for processing and approval. Approved forms will be returned to you by email.
